As you step into our sleek and well-lit lobby, you'll notice the absence of traditional up and down buttons next to the elevators. Instead, you'll find a user-friendly touchscreen panel. Using this panel, you simply input your desired floor, and the system intelligently assigns you to an elevator car optimized for your destination. No more crowded elevator banks or inefficient stops on the way to your floor. PORT Technology provides passengers with the lowest possible times to their destinations with the best possible comfort.

Raised Floor System

The raised floor system consisted of a grid of sturdy pedestals supporting removable floor panels, creating a hidden cavity beneath. This cavity was a technological marvel, a space that held the potential to house an intricate network of cables, electrical wiring, and even plumbing, all neatly organized and easily accessible.It allowed for the seamless integration of data and power distribution, enabling offices to evolve with the ever-changing demands of technology.

The building's power infrastructure is designed with redundancy in mind. Multiple backup generators, each capable of powering the entire building, stand ready to take over in the event of a power outage. These generators are regularly maintained to guarantee their functionality.

Security of the Building

The security system of this building is a symphony of technology and vigilant personnel working in harmony.Equipped with threat detection and screening technologies equipment. Non-invasive detects objects and threats concealed in-or-on the body.Surveillance cameras adorned every corner of the building. Access control was a core feature of the security system. The turnstile gates integrate with Schindler's PORT Technology for access into the office premises. Allowing only authorized personnel to pass. This provides security without compromising on convenience.

Fire Safety

Fire safety was paramount. Smoke detectors and sprinkler systems were integrated seamlessly with the security system, ensuring that in the event of a fire, alarms would sound, sprinklers would activate, and evacuation routes would be illuminated, guiding occupants to safety. In the event of an emergency, the building was equipped with a state-of-the-art public address system and emergency communication devices. Clear and concise instructions would be broadcast, guiding occupants on the actions to take, be it sheltering in place or evacuating.
